Welcome to my Airforce network
The Air Force Network has been designed to both promote the U.S. Air Force, and to show you a thing or two about air power. I have added my own photos, please take a glace at them when you get a chance. Your also invited to sign the guestbook and let me know you were here. There is a poll/quiz, you can answer questions and give your view on certain issues.
To the right you will find a list of aircraft, each contains the specifications of the aircraft and a photo or two. If you notice that some of the data in these profiles is incorrect or missing, please send me the correct data by e-mailing or sending me an IM. Aviation News Note
1. The Airforce has announced, that the F-22 may soon be redesignated as the F/A-22. The role of the F-22 could also slightly alter.
A possible variation of the F-22, may be the FB-22, a bomber like version, this plane would have incredible range and striking capasity, more than 3 times that of the average attack plane.
2. During the opening days of the recent war in Iraq, B-2s took off from Whitman Air Force Base in Missouri. They flew all the way over to Iraq dropped their payload, and flew back to Whitman Air Force Base without landing. That shows the stunning range of the B-2 Spirit/Steathbomber.
